Come join me and a small group of individuals who want to be immersed in the benefits of mindfulness meditation and gentle breath work. Learn new techniques that you can implement daily, experience a new guided meditation each week, and feel a sense of calm wash over you. We will explore the themes of: Loving Kindness, Abundance, Welcoming it all, and The Art of Doing Nothing— and being okay with it!
