Get to Know Me
I’m a mindset coach, meditation teacher, storyteller, speaker, author, illustrator, creator of products that promote kindness—and also a mom and a wife.
But just as important, I’m someone with many passions and interests, and I’ve finally learned to love and embrace my unique way of being in the world. That took me a while!
For a long time, I lived through the lens of what I thought others expected of me. I wasn’t doing what felt true or aligned with what I actually wanted, and I wasn’t sure I even knew what that was anymore. As a lifelong people-pleaser, I often left myself out of the equation entirely, which left me feeling empty, searching for validation, and dealing with regular migraines.
Eventually, I knew something had to change. I couldn’t keep living that way—it was exhausting.
When I started learning about the mind–body connection, it was like the world cracked wide open. Suddenly, things made sense, and I felt this huge wave of possibility and appreciation for who we are as individuals. That curiosity sent me back to school, where I dove into everything I could—neurolinguistics, meditation, positive psychology, art, imagination, creativity, and how all of these could be connected.
For the first time, I felt excited about who I was, what I had to offer, and how I could do that in my own authentic way —not the way others thought I should.
And now, from that place, I get to help other women discover the same thing for themselves through my unique coaching style, programs, meditation, and more.
Change doesn’t have to feel hard or scary when you have the right support.
